I have already built an RX8 EV - mark 1. Was slow and terrible range! I am now putting a leaf motor in it with batteries for mark 2.

Many people don’t realize that rules vary, and often do you need permission to cut down a tree on your property. It depends on local laws and the type of tree. Checking ahead can save you from fines or disputes with neighbors. It’s always best to confirm before starting any tree removal work.

I think the range and performance will be very similar to the Leaf. In fact it might perform slightly better in 2nd as the ratio is larger and overall I think the car will be lighter than the Leaf!
